me
Many years ago, I was a horrible public speaker. Despite being personable with friends, whenever I had to speak in front of a group in a more formal setting, I got nervous, anxious, and was constantly stumbling over my words.
At some point, I told myself this is not the person I want to be anymore. I don’t want to live the rest of my life in fear of the next time I had to speak in front of a crowd.
So, I took the steps I thought I needed to improve. Bit by bit, I got better and better. Now, not only do I not dread speaking in public, I look forward to it… I seek it out… I love it!
I turned a weakness into a strength and I’d like to do the same for you.

This is a 1-2 hour interactive workshop w/self-assessment where you will receive all the tools and tips you need to feel confident and inspired going forward on your public speaking journey (with or without me)!
These are follow-up sessions (post-comprehensive workshop) that delve deeper into advanced tips and approaches to public speaking and communication. We can also discuss your individual concerns and aspirations at length and formulate approaches for further growth.
These sessions are geared towards practicing for a particular big speech or meeting. Get real-time feedback and guidance. Work through how to frame certain messages. Strategize the best ways to leave an impact on your audience. Let’s make sure you nail this one!
